  • What’s the difference between a Cantaloupe One subscription and financing?

    • The difference between financing your hardware and subscribing through Cantaloupe One is that with a Cantaloupe One subscription, Cantaloupe owns the device for the length of the subscription term. It means that in case of device end-of-life, we will provide you with upgraded devices at no cost to you. It takes the responsibility of device upgrades off your shoulders.

  • What is your Shipping Policy?

    • Orders will ship within 3-4 business days from order date, unless you're a new customer, in which case shipping will not take place until New Customer Onboarding has been completed.

  • What is your Return Policy?

    • All returns of unused Hardware purchased or leased from Cantaloupe are subject to a twenty (20%) restocking fee and must be initiated within thirty (30) days of ship date of the order.

      All rented equipment must be returned to Cantaloupe within sixty (60) days after the end of the rental or customer will be billed
      for the device.

  • What is the Commitment Period (per order)?

    • 36 months from Billing Commencement Date per device. If Customer terminates any device before the end of the Commitment Period, Customer agrees to pay the Early Termination Fee.

  • What is an Early Termination Fee?

    • Early Termination Fee is the monthly service fee multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Commitment Period, for each device terminated early.
